🧭 Scope

This manual provides end-user instructions for operating the DTG Industrial Mobile PowerStation.

Prepping for Power

  1. Locate the Ziploc bag zip tied to the RJ45 Network Cable and USB Cable (See Figure 1.0) on the right side of the column. The Ziploc bag contains the keys (See Figure 1.0A) to give access to the tech compartment and extra zip ties for wire management needs.

  1. Connect the DTG Fuel Gauge (Figure 1.2) to the RJ45 cable (Figure 1.3) and cut the zip tie. The Fuel Gauge will not turn on until you turn on the power to the DTG Controller (See Figure 1.9, Page 6) in the tech compartment.

  1. The PowerStation comes with a USB hub inside the column (See Figure 1.5) to connect to your laptop or desktop computer. To access the USB hub, remove the (See Figure 1.4) (3) 10-24 screws by using a 1/8” Allen wrench. Plug in any USB powered equipment into the hub and connect the other end to your laptop or desktop computer once you have access to the tech compartment.

Install DTG Batteries

  1. Install 2 fully charged DTG Hot Swappable Batteries onto the PowerStation in the battery cradles on the sides of the column (See Figure 1.6).
